When does my outpatient entitlement renew?
Your entitlements used to renew each year on the start date of your individual Hospital Plan. This is the date you signed up. However, to help you keep track of your entitlements more easily, from the 1st of January 2022, your plan will now run in-line with the calendar year. This means your outpatient entitlements will end on the 31st of December and reset on the 1st of January yearly.
