What is a virtual outpatient hospital appointment?
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the NHS is utilising telephone and video calls instead of some face-to-face outpatient hospital appointments. With your Personal Group Hospital Plan, you can claim for these virtual appointments as you would have done with in-person hospital appointments under your available outpatient entitlement.
