Why are you still taking premiums after I have cancelled?
Once you cancel your policy with us, we immediately inform your employer, and they should stop your salary deductions. Depending on payroll cut-off dates your deductions may continue for a short period after the cancellation date. Rest assured; we will refund any overpaid premium to you directly.
