What should I do if I am having issues registering for OnlineGP?

To access the service, visit personalgroup.onlinegp.co and register your details using your latest Personal Group policy number. You can find this in your plan schedule or in any recent communication we’ve sent you. If you have any issues registering, contact our Customer Relations Team on 0800 542 5930* – lines are open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, you can email crm@personalgroup.com and they will take you through the next steps.
